St John Ambulance Australia is a self-funding charitable organisation active in all states and territories, dedicated to helping people in sickness, distress, suffering or danger. St John Ambulance is Australia's leading provider of first aid training, first aid services at public events and supplier of first aid kits and equipment. St John Ambulance operates ambulance services in Western Australia and Northern Territory, and provides a range of community services and youth development programs.

Lotterywest
Lotterywest is proud to be a contributor in building a better WA and working to enhance the quality of life and well-being for all Western Australians. It has provided St John Ambulance WA with a community grant to go towards building construction, property improvements, equipment and ambulances for the volunteer ambulance services and volunteer first aid services throughout WA.
Lotterywest has also sponsored 100 automated external defibrillators (AEDs) as part of the Heartstart WA Giveaway. The AEDs were given away to not-for-profit groups across the State.

Bendigo Bank
Bendigo Bank sponsored the placement of 20 automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in strategic locations around the Serpentine-Jarrahdale Shire. There is now an AED in every locality within the Shire.
Bendigo Bank is also sponsoring an AmbiCAD system for the Boyup Brook Sub Centre, as well as partially funding an ambulance for the Chittering Gingin Sub Centre.


Alcoa
Alcoa sponsored the First Aid Focus program to provide free first aid training for more than 20,000 WA school students in the South-West from Kwinana to Harvey. The partnership was aligned with Alcoa’s core safety value and part of a community objective to reduce injury, enhance wellness and create a safer and healthier future for all.




BHP Billiton
BHP Billiton is the principal sponsor for the construction of a new sub centre in Port Hedland. BHP Billiton also has proudly supported St John Ambulance in Newman with vehicles and equipment, digital radio upgrades and a remote indigenous first aid training program. Port Hedland St John Ambulance recently received funding for a new vehicle and equipment.

Brookfield Rail
Brookfield Rail has co-sponsored a new emergency response trailer based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder significantly improving St John Ambulance’s ability to respond to natural disasters and major incidents across the entire Goldfields region.
The trailer provides the increased capability to deliver equipment and supplies to treat an increased number of patients at mass casualty events in regional and remote areas.
