Providing an excellent general grounding, this course enables you to perform appropriate first aid procedures and basic life support skills.
This unit satisfies training requirements across a range of community and workplace settings.

Provide first aid in an education and care setting
Providing the skills and knowledge required for a first aid response to infants, children and adults, this course specifically applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting.
The unit of competency satisfies the requirement set for approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training for child carers and educators.

First Aid for Mental Health
Practice reaching out to colleagues, friends and family, and learn how to provide support for them or yourself in a mental health crisis.
You'll build knowledge and understanding about stress, depression, anxiety and suicide, and learn the importance of the crucial first steps in helping someone to seek professional ongoing care.

Provide CPR
An easy, shot course that teaches you the skills to perform basic life support for both adults and infants.
Course duration: 3.5 hours
Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines state that CPR skills should be refreshed every 12 months.
