- Pre-enrolment materials
- Mentoring sessions (full qualifications only)
- Limited IT support
- Provision of learning materials in large print on request
- Skills practice and assessment scenario to suit participant needs
- Consultation with Trainer and Assessor
- Reasonable adjustment in assessment
- Limited LLN support
