To get the most out of your training session we have a few recommendations, from completing your online learning to giving yourself enough time before your class starts to register for your busy day ahead.

Please login to your account and ensure that your details are correct. We use this information to get in contact with you.
Enter USI number
Your unique student identifier (USI) must be entered in your account. Without a USI we are unable to issue your certificate.

Online learning
Some classes require you to complete online learning. This is required to receive your certificate.

Arrive 15 minutes early
To register and complete your onboarding requirements, you must arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.

Personal ID
Please bring your drivers license or ID to your course. Our trainers are required to check this before class commences.

Dress Code
Enclosed footwear is required to participate. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to perform activities.

What if I arrive late to my class?
If you arrive after your class has started, then you may not be able to attend. If this happens don’t worry, our customer care team are here to assist you with rebooking your training course.

How do I reschedule?

Do I need to bring lunch?
Lunch is not provided on our training courses. We recommend that you bring your lunch and utilise the kitchen facilities.
I can't find my enrolment notification?
An enrolment notification will be sent to the email provided upon booking. If you did not receive your notification, please contact our customer care team on:

Where do I find my USI?
If you are unsure what your Unique Student Identifier number is, then you can visit the USI look up and enter your details. If you don't have a USI, then you'll need to create one, so we can issue your certificate.
