Unique Student Identifier

What is a USI?
As of 1 January 2016 every student will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to obtain their first aid certificate or qualification from St John or from any other registered training organisation, when studying nationally recognised training in Australia.
The USI was introduced by the Australian Federal Government and is linked to the National Vocational Education and Training (VET) data collection, meaning records of any nationally recognised training you complete will be kept together in your own online account.
To ensure you receive your certificate upon successful completion of your first aid qualification, please make sure you have created your USI prior to booking your course. We will verify your USI at time of booking.
Please be aware that without a valid USI number St John will be unable to issue you with your certificate.
